Short Bio

Pino Di Fabbrizio holds an M.S.E.E. degree in electrical engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Italy and a Computer Science PhD from the University of Sheffield, UK. He is a Senior Speech Scientist at Amazon in Boston, MA and was previously a Lead Research Scientist at AT&T - Research in Florham Park, NJ.

His research interests and publication topics include conversational agents, text summarization, natural language generation, opinion mining, sentiment analysis, multimodal and speech system architectures, platforms, and services.

Di Fabbrizio is a member of the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA), the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL), senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), member of the IEEE Signal Processing Society and member of the IEEE Computer Society.
